I am Japheth (J5th) Hurlbut and I am renowned chef & owner of Phoenix Hot Dogs. My passion for hot dogs started early when I had my first hot dog at a baseball game and I have been obsessed with eating and creating delicious hot dogs. My journey to become the best hot dog chef started when I backpacked though Europe to find the best hot dog. I had the best hot dog in the Bavarian Alps made by Albert Von Himbdershmidt. Albert ran a hot dog and beer brewery ministry and is considered the best hot dog yogi of Europe. Albert saw my passion for hot dogs and asked if I would join his ministry to be his padawan. I was Albert's padawan for 12 years until I reached hot dog knighthood. I then decided to take my hot dog menu to my hometown to inspire a generation of hot dog eaters.
